Road Block & A New Direction

Okay, I regret to say that I have hit a bunch of road blocks in programing the Digimon World AI. I have done all that I can but there are just too many bugs in the way which would take the better part of a year to clear up. So, I have decided to dump the project. It was the very last thing I wanted to do but it eventually became unavoidable. I deeply apologize for this.

On the upside, I have a new idea which is already ready to play. This is a game I had been working on over the summer and finished up last month. I call it the "Dot Matrix: Cages". It is basically a Digimon v-pet for your computer except for some changes. One of these changes is that you digivolve your digimon by winning battles. This proves to have much potential and, although only in its first Beta, it is a well made emulation of a v-pet. It will be up on the site soon on the Downloads page so be sure to check back often. I hope you love it!

Pizza Is In High Demand...Times Are Hard!

Okay, on the radio yesterday I heard a wacky story. Now this actually happened.

So a pizza guy was, well, delivering pizza, just a $7 medium pepperoni pizza, and this other guy comes up to him with a gun and a stick. And the gun guy has two other guys for some back-up. Anyways, the pizza guy freaks out and runs, then the gun guy's back-up grabs the pizza guy, takes the pizza, then the gun guy and his back-up run into a shed and the pizza guy calls the cops. When the gun guy and his back-up hear the sirens they barricade themselves inside the shed and the cops end up having to call in the swat team! All over a $7, medium, pepperoni pizza...Wow...

I'd say that my favorite part is, "The guy comes up to him with a gun...and a stick." This was the DJ's favorite bit too and he says, "What, the guy thinks 'Hey, I'm not sure if I can take this guy down with just a gun, I'd better grab a tree branch'?"
It was great. People amaze me.

Doc lost on The Tester today! :'(

...Just sayin'

Welcome to my new blog/site for my life, school, video games, and most importantly, my newest project, Digimon World: AI.

This is a game which is a self-sustained world in which you may log-in with a "Navigation Digimon", or "Navi Digimon", and explore the world, interact with the inhabitants, and enhance/build upon the world.

This is NOT an online game. Your computer/flash drive/whatever will host it's own world. This means that everyone's world can be personalized and built around the player.

As you advance through the game, time will pass, days will come and go, Digimon will appear (and if your not careful, disappear), cities will be built, teams will be formed, and oh so much more! Eventually, I hope to make it possible for you to entirely terraform your world to mold it in any way you could want, but that dreams far away. There is a ton of stuff you can do for now though, so get out there, download it, power up your Navi and get to expanding the world of Digimon...

...Oh, wait...I forgot that it's not finished yet, sorry. I'm working hard on it though so don't worry, you'll see it soon. Until then, surf the site and help me work on the first Beta. Cya then!
